At May Anthony, we pride ourselves on our prompt service. As part of our sustainability ethos, our loafers are individually manufactured by hand. We ship out within 3 - 5 business days of receiving your order.

If you need to have your order shipped out earlier, you can order our rush service using this link.

Our standard delivery service is available worldwide, with the following delivery timelines:

  • UK: 1 - 3 business days
  • US: 1 - 4 business days
  • Europe: 2 - 5 working days
  • Africa: 1 - 5  business days
  • Rest of the World: 5 - 7 business days

All shipments are trackable.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

If you are placing an order from outside the US, please be aware that you may be subject to import tax and duty charges.

May Anthony is not responsible for any import tax or duty charges issued by your country's national import office. These charges are determined by the recipient's country and are beyond the control of May Anthony.

Import taxes and duties vary from country to country and are based on the value of your order. If you have any uncertainties, we recommend consulting your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.

  

RETURNS

At May Anthony, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We offer exchanges and refunds on all full-price orders. If you need to return an item, please email us at hello@mayanthony.com within 14 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Refund or exchange
  • If exchanging, please provide the new address

Please ensure that the item(s) being returned are in new and unworn condition, with no markings or signs of usage, and the packaging remains intact. We do not accept used items, and any such items received will be returned to the purchaser at their expense.

Please note the following return policies:

  • Custom-sized and bespoke pairs are eligible for return, but refunds cannot be issued. A store credit will be offered instead.
  • Items purchased at a discount are exchangeable, but refunds cannot be provided. We offer store credit for returned discounted items.
  • For sale items, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. Sale items are eligible for exchange only.
  • You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of the items to our factory in Lagos, Nigeria.
  • If you choose to exchange the item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for the replacement pair.
  • If you do not wish to exchange the item, or if the item you want is no longer available, we will issue you a refund in the form of store credit.

We recommend using our size chart before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit.

In the event that the customer refuses to accept delivery of the product, the customer shall be responsible for covering the cost of both outbound and return shipping fees, in addition to incurring a restocking fee.
