Refund policy
Our 21-day return and policy allows you to return your item(s) within 21 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be unworn, unused and resalable
- Include all original tags.
- Be in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please send us an email at hello@mayanthony.com. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return. Refunds Process
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note the following return policies:

Custom-sized and bespoke pairs are eligible for return, but refunds cannot be issued. Store credit will be offered instead.

Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more are eligible for exchange or store credit only, and must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

For sale and promo items, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. These are eligible for exchange only.

Socks can only be returned if unopened and in original packaging.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of the items to our factory in Lagos, Nigeria.

If you choose to exchange the item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for the replacement pair.

If you do not wish to exchange the item, or if the item you want is no longer available, we will issue you a refund in the form of store credit.
Damages and other Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the item(s) carefully. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@mayanthony.com or send a WhatsApp message to +13075337508 or +447468019562. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including perishable goods, custom or bespoke products, and personal care goods. However, they may be exchanged for a different product or store credit.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
