We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.
RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return or exchange for eligible items within 21 days of delivery. Returns must be received by us within this 21-day period, in original condition.
ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in resalable condition, with the original shoe box and packaging.
- Please place the shoe box inside suitable outer packaging to help minimise return shipping cost and reduce damage in transit. Do not attach labels directly to the shoe box.
- Full-price items may be returned within 21 days of delivery.
- Discounted items at 20% off or more may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- All May Anthony shoes are made to order specifically for each customer. For this reason, eligible returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only, not refunds.
- Sale & promotional items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Socks are returnable only if unopened and in original packaging.
- Eligible returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, safe packaging, and delivery to our returns address. Use a tracked & insured service; we cannot be liable for items lost or damaged in transit. All parcels must be clearly declared as “Returned Goods” on the airway bill and customs documentation where applicable to avoid import duties or delays.
STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES
- Store Credit: available on eligible returns once received and inspected.
- Exchanges: available on eligible items; outbound shipping for the replacement pair is the customer’s responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or denial and process the store credit or exchange accordingly.
DAMAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photographs and your order reference so we can review the issue. Where confirmed, eligible items may be replaced or otherwise resolved accordingly.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE
- Used or worn items, items not in resalable condition, or returns received outside the applicable window.
- Personalised or custom embroidery that is not defective.
- Final sale items and gift cards.
