Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.

You can return or exchange all full-price orders within 21 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, exchange, or store credit:

We’ll personally guide you through the next steps and help you choose the best resolution – whether that’s a size exchange, store credit, or refund (where eligible).

Your Options:

  • Exchanges: Available on all eligible orders.
  • Store Credit: Prefer something else later? We can issue store credit.
  • Refunds: Offered on full-price orders (excluding bespoke/custom), within the return window. 

Return Policy Details:

  • Items must be unworn, in new condition, and returned in their original shoe box.
  • Please place the shoe box inside a courier bag, not a large box, to minimize shipping costs.
  • Custom-sized or bespoke pairs can be returned for store credit only - refunds are not available.
  • Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more are eligible for exchange or store credit only, within 14 days of purchase.
  • Sale or promo items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and are eligible for exchange only.
  • Socks can only be returned if unopened and in original packaging.
  • You are responsible for return shipping to our Lagos, Nigeria factory.
  • If exchanging, you will also be responsible for shipping fees for the replacement item.
