At May Anthony, we work hard to ensure your order is carefully made and delivered to you as smoothly as possible.

Production Time

As part of our commitment to sustainability and craftsmanship, each pair of shoes is meticulously handmade for each customer.

  • Standard production time: 1 - 3 business days
  • During peak periods (e.g., holidays), production may take slightly longer
  • You’ll receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped

Shipping Time

Once your order is ready, we ship it directly to your door via DHL or FedEx.

  • United States & Canada: 1 - 5 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 1 - 4 business days
  • Middle East & Asia: 1 - 5 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 2 - 7 business days
  • Mexico & South America: 3 - 8 business days
  • Rest of World: 4 - 10 business days depending on destination

If you need your order shipped out sooner, please select Express Shipping at checkout — your shoes will be dispatched within the next business day via DHL Express.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on all shoes, regardless of your location.

Customs & Duties

All U.S. orders are currently exempt from customs and duties. However, this is subject to change depending on U.S. customs policy.

International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means:

  • You may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or import taxes when your order arrives
  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer

We are unable to mark orders as gifts or misrepresent the value of your order.

If a delivery is refused or customs clearance is not completed, the shipping company may abandon or destroy the item. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the order without any refund.
