Agreement to Terms: By using our website or purchasing from May Anthony, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the website or placing an order. Each purchase forms a binding contract of sale between you and May Anthony Ltd (UK) or May Anthony LLC (US), depending on your delivery country.

Orders & Product Information: All May Anthony shoes are handmade to order for each customer. The production process begins immediately once your order is placed, after which orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged except in cases of confirmed manufacturing fault. We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders where we believe they may violate our policies, involve fraudulent activity, or otherwise fall outside reasonable use. As every pair is crafted by hand, minor variations in embroidery, color, or texture may occur and should be regarded as hallmarks of artisanal production rather than defects.

Custom Artwork & Designs: When submitting custom artwork, initials, or embroidery, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights or permissions to use such designs. We reserve the right to decline any submission that may infringe on intellectual property, violate applicable law, or conflict with our brand standards. Unless you notify us in writing before placing your order, you grant May Anthony permission to feature your custom designs in marketing materials, photography, or social media.

Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in your chosen currency at checkout and are payable in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update product availability prior to accepting an order. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or related fees that may be charged by their local customs authority.

Shipping & Delivery: Orders are dispatched from our Lagos, Nigeria atelier using DHL Express or FedEx International Priority, depending on destination. Delivery times generally range from three to seven business days once shipped, although this may vary due to customs procedures or courier delays. We make every effort to ensure smooth and timely delivery, but we cannot be held liable for delays, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery dates are indicative and do not constitute a binding guarantee.

Returns, Exchanges & Defective Products: Because each pair is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as sizing, color preference, or change of mind. If you receive a defective or incorrect pair, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery by emailing hello@mayanthony.com with photographs and your order reference. Once verified, we will repair, remake, or replace the item at our discretion. Refunds will only be considered if a replacement cannot be fulfilled. Where we have agreed—entirely at our discretion—to accept a return or authorise an exchange, the product must be received by us within twenty-one (21) days of delivery in unused, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Any return received after this period may be refused or credited at our sole discretion.

Promotions & Special Offers: From time to time, we may offer promotions such as “Buy One, Get One Free” or other discounted bundles. Unless otherwise stated, all promotional purchases are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Promotional codes and offers cannot be applied retrospectively or combined with other discounts.

Intellectual Property: All product designs, images, written content, and trademarks featured on our website are the property of May Anthony Ltd or its affiliates. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, May Anthony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website, delays in shipment, or performance of our products. Our total liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.

Privacy: We treat your personal information with strict confidentiality. All data collected during checkout or communication with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law: For customers within the United Kingdom and Europe, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For customers in the United States and elsewhere, they are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of those jurisdictions.
