Creative Manager - Job Opening

May Anthony is a contemporary footwear brand specializing in the design and production of custom handmade loafers for men and women following ethical and sustainable practices.

As the Creative Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts and strategies that align with the brand's values, personality, and vision for advertising campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.


  • Collaborating with the production and supply chain teams to ensure that all footwear products meet quality standards and are produced with ethical and sustainable practices.

  • Leading the creative process by developing and executing brand campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives that reflect the brand's values, personality, and vision.

  • Conceptualizing and executing creative photo and video shoots for advertising and social media campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.

  • Collaborating with designers, product developers, and merchandisers to ensure that all products align with the brand's aesthetic and vision.

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform creative strategy and ensure the brand stays relevant and ahead of the curve.

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and e-commerce, to ensure that all creative efforts align with business objectives and drive results.

  • Conducting regular reviews and critiques of creative work, providing feedback and guidance to ensure that all deliverables meet the brand's creative vision.

  • Conducting regular audits of the brand's marketing materials, ensuring that they are up-to-date, compliant with regulations, and consistent with the brand's messaging and values.

  • Monitoring customer feedback and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and working with cross-functional teams to address any quality concerns or issues.


  • 2-3 years of experience working with a fashion or retail brand.

  • Experience with Social Media Marketing

  • Detail-oriented and responsive, with strong quantitative reasoning skills

  • Adaptable and able to flex with changes in prioritisation to meet new or changed goals

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills; ability to implement and adhere to and meet deadlines, and manage projects

  • Good general knowledge of (and passion for) all areas of digital marketing and media
